We are proud to serve our guests fresh, home-made creations and strive to utilize local ingredients whenever possible. We make all of our breads and pizza doughs in-house daily, and we delight in sharing our authentic Italian family recipes. Please note that all prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to keep our pricing accurate and up to date, but factors beyond our control may impact the final pricing on our menu. Due to current market conditions, pricing is very difficult to post. We strive to always have great pricing and an incredible value to all of our valued customers. Thank you for your understanding.

Salads

All salads (except for the Taco) are served with Rosalie's house-made cheese bread. Add grilled chicken, shrimp or lobster for an additional charge.

Cranberry Walnut

Fresh baby mixed greens, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese.

Greek

Fresh baby mixed greens, salami, feta cheese, pickled beets, kalamata olives, banana peppers, vine-ripened tomatoes, and onions.

Spinach

Rosalie's beef & bean mixture, vine- ripened tomatoes, banana peppers, green peppers, onions, black olives and freshly grated cheddar cheese served on a bed of baby mixed greens in a house- made tortilla bowl.

Rosalie's Cheese bread

A favorite since 1986, melted mozzarella cheese on our fresh, house-made bread. Pairs nicely with an order of chicken wings and a Long Island.

Nachos

Rosalie's beef & bean mixture, tomatoes, black olives, green peppers, banana peppers and onions served on a bed of Rosalie's special-made tortilla chips covered in melted cheddar cheese. Includes sour cream and salsa.

Boneless Buffalo Chicken

Golden-brown bonesless wings served with buffalo sauce and bleu cheese. Available sauces. Buffalo, Siracha Bourbon, Garlic Parmesan, Honey Siracha, or Rosalie's Hot Honey.

Spinach & Artichoke Dip

A warm crock of creamy spinach, tender artichokes and melted blended cheeses. Served with Rosalie's special-made tortilla chip and served in a homemade bread bowl.

Rosalie's Fried Onion Burger

Made famous on Route 66. This amazing burger comes with finely shaved onions (paper thin) smashed and caramelized on a thin hand pressed burger. Burger is served with American cheese, pickles, and mustard on a Michigan brioche bun. Served with a side of kettle chips.

Beer Cheese Burger

Beer cheeseburger. This burger is topped with liquid gold! The burger comes with candied bacon, beer cheese, and fried crispy onions on a brioche bun. A winning combination.

Rosalie's Homemade Meatballs

Our homemade fresh meatballs slowly cooked in our San Marzano Italian plum tomato sauce and finished with an aged Pecorino, Romano, and Asiago shaved cheese blend. Dish is served with house made cheese bread and a scoop of ricotta cheese. It comes with two pieces of cheese bread and a scoop of riccotta cheese.

Alfredo

Homemade creamy alfredo topped with an aged pecorino, parmesan, romano, and asiago cheese blend. Comes with homemade cheese bread. Dish comes with your choice of chicken, shrimp, or lobster for $4.00 extra.
